KC Network Services provides flexibility for businesses with a wide variety of maintenance programme offerings.

Smart-Pack Hardware Replacement Only


All levels of service provide a full year service of one-to-one replacement of hardware. No field engineer is provided in this self-maintenance package but KC Network Services will deliver the hardware to the allocated address.


Four levels of service are available to choose from:

  • 8x5xNBD: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, next business day response time
  • 8x5x4: Same as above with a 4-hour response time
  • 24x7x4: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 4-hour response time
  • 24x7x2: Same as above with a 2-hour response time

Smart-Pack Hardware Replacement with Onsite Engineer Support


Provides all the benefits of hardware replacement maintenance in addition to a Cisco Certified Field Engineer to troubleshoot and reinstall the replacement hardware to its original setting.


Four levels of service are available to choose from:

  • 8x5xNBD: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, next business day response time
  • 8x5x4: Same as above with a 4-hour response time
  • 24x7x4: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 4-hour response time
  • 24x7x2: Same as above with a 2-hour response time

Smart-Pack Preventive Maintenance


Smart-Pack Preventive Maintenance is a complementary free engineering service offered to customers who have purchased the Smart-Pack Onsite Engineer Support Maintenance. Customers have the flexibility to schedule this service twice a year.


PM Engineering services include:

  • Performing basic technical and health check of networking equipment
  • Tally the serial numbers of the maintenance equipment (counter check)
  • 24x7x4: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 4-hour response time
  • 24x7x2: Same as above with a 2-hour response time
